Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Eagle Concrete Corp is a licensed Florida general contractor (CGC1529373) and fully insured. We’re family-owned and have been building in South Florida since 2005, so the crew on your property is working under our own license — not a subcontractor you’ve never met.
Do you handle the permit, or do I?
We do. Pulling permits and meeting city code is part of the job, not something we hand back to you.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. We’ll come look at the actual site, talk through what you want, and give you a straight, itemized price — no pressure, no obligation.
How much will my project cost?
It depends on the size of the area, the material you choose (concrete, pavers, or travertine), how much base or drainage work is needed, and whether an old surface has to come out first. We don’t give lowball phone numbers that change later — we look at your property and give you a real, written quote at your free estimate.
Do you offer a warranty on your work?
Yes. Our work is backed by a workmanship warranty, and we’ll walk you through exactly what’s covered at your estimate. Because we prep a proper base and handle the job under our own license, problems are rare — but if something isn’t right, we stand behind it.
How long have you been in business?
Eagle Concrete Corp is family-owned and has been transforming South Florida properties since 2005 — more than 20 years of driveways, patios, pool decks and custom pools across Broward, Palm Beach and Miami-Dade.
Can you pour a new driveway over my old one?
Sometimes resurfacing the existing slab is the right call, and sometimes it needs to come out first. We’ll tell you honestly which one your driveway needs once we’ve seen it — we don’t recommend a full replacement just because it costs more.
Do you remove and haul away the old driveway?
When your project calls for a full replacement, demolition, removal and haul-off are part of the job. We break out the old slab or pavers, prep the base, and leave your property clean when we’re done.
Concrete, pavers, or travertine — which is right for me?
It depends on your budget, your style, and how the surface gets used. Each material handles Florida heat and rain differently. We’ll walk you through the real trade-offs at your free estimate, not just push whatever’s most profitable for us.
Will my new concrete or pavers crack?
No surface is 100% crack-proof, but most cracking comes from a poor base or skipped steps — not the material itself. We compact a proper base, handle drainage, and place control joints so the slab moves where it should. With pavers or travertine, an individual piece can also be lifted and reset if it’s ever damaged, without redoing the whole surface.
How long does a typical driveway take?
Most residential driveways take a matter of days once permitted, but curing time and site conditions matter. We’ll give you a real timeline for your specific project at the estimate, not a generic guess.
How do I keep my driveway or pool deck looking good?
Concrete, pavers and travertine hold up well to Florida weather with simple care — occasional rinsing and periodic sealing to protect the color and surface. We’ll tell you what your specific material needs and when, so it keeps looking new for years.
Do you build or remodel pools?
Yes — we design and build new custom in-ground pools and remodel existing ones. We don’t work on vinyl or fiberglass pools, above-ground pools, or pool cleaning, so if that’s what you need we’ll tell you honestly rather than waste your time.
Do I need to be home while you work?
Not the whole time. We’ll confirm access and go over the plan before we start, keep you updated as the work progresses, and stay available for questions — but you don’t need to take days off to babysit the project.
What areas do you serve?
We’re based in Margate and work throughout Broward County, with projects across Palm Beach and Miami-Dade counties as well.
How do we get started?
