An existing pool can still fit your home while needing a different finish, updated details, or a better connection to the surrounding patio. Eagle Concrete Corp provides pool remodeling in Broward County, helping homeowners define what to keep, what to change, and how the pool and deck should work together.

Our team, your project
Meet Kyle Hambrick
Kyle Hambrick is Eagle Concrete’s sales and project manager and on-site licensed contractor for Broward, Palm Beach, and Miami-Dade counties. He works with our crews and project partners to coordinate your project from the first visit through completion.
With 20 years of experience, Eagle Concrete brings material selection, site preparation, and construction together. We provide a one-year workmanship warranty; your contract explains the coverage.
Resurface your pool or transform the whole setting
We handle Diamond Brite resurfacing, waterline tile, coping, and pool deck renovations. Many homeowners combine these improvements so the finishes work together and adjoining work can be planned at the same time.
We review the existing pool, listen to what you want to change, and help define the scope. You can update the interior alone or plan a coordinated pool-and-deck remodel.
Yes, we offer pool resurfacing on its own
Standalone pool resurfacing generally starts around $6,000–$7,000. Pool size, existing conditions, preparation, and the selected finish affect the final price.
If tile, coping, or the deck also needs work, discuss it at the first visit. Planning those items together can help avoid one improvement turning into an unplanned follow-on project. We can also price a resurfacing-only scope when that fits your needs.
Choose finishes as a complete set
Interior finish, tile, coping, and deck color all influence the appearance of the space. Review selections together rather than choosing each in isolation. Ask to see physical samples and discuss texture, cleaning, care, and the finished look under outdoor light.
Photos help communicate preferences, but they are not exact color references. Light, water, surroundings, and image processing can change how a pool looks in a picture. The written proposal should name the actual selected products and included work.
Include the surrounding deck in the conversation
If the deck also needs attention, discuss that before the pool scope is finalized. The edge of the pool, nearby drains, doorways, steps, and existing patio create connections that need to work together.
Our patio and pool deck services cover surrounding outdoor surfaces. You can also compare pavers and travertine when planning a different deck finish. Ask which existing areas will remain and how the new work will meet them.
What goes into a pool remodeling estimate?
Resurfacing alone generally starts around $6,000–$7,000. A complete remodel is priced around your pool’s condition, finish, tile, coping, deck area, access, and preparation needs.
We provide a written proposal with the included materials and work. Permit fees, landscaping, and irrigation work are discussed up front where relevant. Tell us your priorities so we can separate essential work from optional improvements.
Plan for time out of service
The pool will be unavailable during relevant parts of the work. Ask for a schedule that covers preparation, the selected improvements, and the steps needed before normal use resumes. A finish update and a remodel involving the deck can have different schedules.
Discuss household access, nearby furnishings, pets, and how the work area will be managed. Before handover, request the care and startup instructions that apply to the completed work and selected finish.
Start with a clear remodeling scope

Pool remodeling questions
Can you update tile and coping with resurfacing?
Those improvements can be discussed as part of one remodeling scope. The existing condition, selections, and work sequence determine what should be included in your proposal.
Does a pool remodel include the deck?
Only when it is included in the agreed scope. Tell us whether you want to keep the deck, change part of it, or replace the surrounding surface so the estimate reflects your plans.
Do I need a completely new pool?
Not every outdated pool requires replacement. An on-site review helps establish which existing elements can remain and what further evaluation is needed. If you are considering a completely new project, see our new pool construction page.
What information helps with the first visit?
Send your address, photos of the whole pool and deck, close-ups of concerns, and your priorities. If you know the age of the current finish or have records of previous work, those are useful too.
