Our team, your project
Meet Kyle Hambrick
Kyle Hambrick is Eagle Concrete’s sales and project manager and on-site licensed contractor for Broward, Palm Beach, and Miami-Dade counties. He works with our crews and project partners to coordinate your project from the first visit through completion.
With 20 years of experience, Eagle Concrete brings material selection, site preparation, and construction together. We provide a one-year workmanship warranty; your contract explains the coverage.
Your pool project, managed from design through completion
We help you shape the design around your yard, budget, and how you want to use the pool. Our engineer prepares the engineering plans as part of the project, and we manage permitting and construction.
Your agreed scope can include excavation, rebar, the gunite pool shell, equipment, finishes, decking, lighting, and a spa. Our team coordinates the work throughout your project.
Popular options include a sun shelf, salt system, automation, deck jets, bubblers, waterfalls, and a larger deck. Discuss the essentials first, then compare optional features.
Review access and layout before committing to a design
Backyard access, existing structures, utility locations, equipment placement, and the relationship between the pool and home all affect planning. If you have a property survey, existing plans, or association guidelines, make them available early.
Discuss where construction equipment can enter, which parts of the yard will be affected, and what restoration is included afterward. It is also worth considering how future maintenance access will work once the pool, deck, and landscaping are in place.
Required approvals and inspections must be identified for the actual property. We discuss those steps during project planning rather than treating every Broward address as the same permitting situation.
Plan your pool, spa, and deck together
A small deck for relaxing and a larger space for dining create different layouts and budgets. We plan the pool, spa, walking routes, seating, and access as one outdoor space.
Travertine and marble from Milestone are popular choices for our pool decks and patios. We can help compare actual samples, suitable finishes, color, and care requirements for the intended use.

A realistic budget for your new pool
These are planning ranges from our typical project discussions. Your written proposal defines the actual design, inclusions, and price.
- Around $50,000: a shell-only starting budget—not a complete swimming pool.
- Around $65,000–$68,000: a standard pool with selected options such as a small deck, sun shelf, and salt system.
- In the $70,000s: options for a larger deck and a spa begin to open up, depending on scope.
- Around $80,000 and above: more room for a spa, automation, and additional features. Fire pits, waterfalls, deck jets, bubblers, and other options increase the budget.
Size, access, site conditions, materials, equipment, and deck area affect pricing. We help prioritize features and provide an emailed proposal. Permit fees, landscaping, and irrigation responsibilities are discussed up front.
How long does a new pool take?
Plan roughly five to six months from the start of permitting to completion. Active pool construction typically takes eight to twelve weeks. Permitting can take another eight to twelve weeks, and some projects take longer.
Design decisions, site conditions, weather, materials, and inspection availability can affect the schedule. We will discuss the expected sequence for your property and coordinate the work from permit preparation through completion.

New pool questions
Do you build concrete pools?
Yes. Our new-pool offering is custom in-ground concrete pool construction. Tell us the shape, features, and surrounding space you have in mind so we can discuss a suitable scope.
Can a spa be included?
We can discuss a pool-and-spa design during planning. Raise that preference early so the layout, equipment needs, and budget can be considered together.
Can I build a pool in a smaller backyard?
The answer depends on the usable space, access, existing features, and applicable requirements. A site review is needed before committing to a layout. Think about the deck and walking space you want to preserve as well as the pool itself.
What should I have ready for the estimate?
Your property address, photos of the yard and access, any available survey, inspiration images, and a list of priorities are helpful. A budget range helps guide which options to discuss, but you do not need a finished design to start.
What if I already have a pool?
An existing pool may call for a different project. Visit our pool remodeling page to explore updating the pool and surrounding area.
